Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated Oct 17, 2026

This policy explains how you may use Infera Ad Studio, including publishing to social platforms. It is part of our Terms of Service. What you may make with the Service (the content of your ads) is covered by our AI & Advertising Policy.

It applies to everyone in a workspace. The workspace owner is responsible for making sure members follow it.

Accounts and access

  • One person, one account. Do not share your sign-in with anyone. Invite teammates to your workspace instead; each seat is for one named person.
  • Do not sell, rent or transfer your account, workspace or credits.
  • Do not open several accounts to get extra welcome credits or free trials.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe and use two-factor authentication where you can. Tell us at once at [to be confirmed] if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Do not give other people the passwords of connected accounts to get around workspace roles.

Publishing and spam

When you publish through the Service, you must follow the rules of each platform, such as TikTok's Community Guidelines, Meta's Community Standards and branded-content policies, YouTube's policies, LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies and the X Rules. In particular, do not:

  • post the same or nearly the same content across many accounts, or in large volumes, to manipulate reach (spam);
  • use fake accounts, or buy or fake views, likes, followers or comments;
  • use misleading captions, hashtags, titles or thumbnails;
  • hide that a post is an ad or branded content where the platform or the law requires you to say so;
  • use the Service to get around a platform's limits, or a ban or restriction on your account;
  • send unsolicited messages through invitations, share links or any other feature of the Service.

To keep publishing working for everyone, we may limit how often you can publish, and we may pause publishing features if a platform asks us to or its rules require it.

Pages and files you submit

  • Only submit links and files you own or are authorised to use for advertising.
  • Do not submit pages behind a sign-in that you are not allowed to access, and do not use product capture to copy or scrape other people's websites.

Security and fair use

  • Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to [to be confirmed] and do not exploit it.
  • Do not get around usage limits, credit reservations, plan limits or other controls.
  • Do not access the Service with bots, scripts or scrapers, except through features we provide for that.
  • Do not upload malware or anything designed to harm the Service or other users.
  • Do not overload the Service or interfere with other people's use of it.
  • Do not copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows.
  • Do not use the Service or its outputs to build a competing service or to train AI models.

Payments

  • Only use payment methods you are authorised to use.
  • Do not make fraudulent purchases or chargebacks.
  • Do not resell access to the Service or credits without our written agreement. Agencies may make ads for their own clients.

Law and sanctions

  • Use the Service only in line with the law, including advertising, consumer protection, data protection and intellectual property law.
  • You must not use the Service if you are subject to UK, United Nations, EU or US sanctions, or on behalf of anyone who is.

What we do if this policy is broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove content, limit features, disconnect a social account, suspend or close your account, or report the matter to the platform concerned or to the authorities where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we tell you why. You can ask us to review a decision at [to be confirmed].

Report misuse to [to be confirmed].
