AI & Advertising Policy
Last updated Oct 17, 2026
Infera Engine Ltd builds Infera Ad Studio to make ads that are effective and honest. This policy explains the safeguards built into the product and what we ask of you. How you may use the platform itself, including publishing, spam and account sharing, is covered by our Acceptable Use Policy.
Built-in safeguards
- Real product, real claims. Ads show your real product, captured from your own site or uploads. The assistant writes only claims it finds in your product's materials; it does not invent prices, numbers, ratings, testimonials, awards or guarantees.
- Claims check. Every ad is checked for absolute or superlative claims ("the best", "No. 1", "guaranteed", "free" without conditions) that do not appear in your own materials, and they are flagged for your review before you publish.
- Price before production. You see and approve an exact price before anything paid is produced.
- Personal data. Emails, phone numbers and personal form fields are blurred automatically when your pages are captured.
- AI labelling. Renders carry a small "AI-generated" label by default.
- Quality checks. Every ad is checked automatically for length, frozen frames, loudness, resolution, captions and that your real product is on screen.
Your responsibilities
- Check every ad before publishing and make sure you can substantiate every claim (CAP Code rules 3.7 and 3.1).
- Make it obvious that an ad is an ad, and follow the rules of each platform, including when you publish through the Service to your connected accounts.
- Only use content, brands, voices and likenesses you have the rights to.
Not allowed
Ads for illegal products or services; misleading health, medical, financial or environmental claims; weapons, tobacco and vaping products, illegal drugs; adult content; gambling or alcohol without the licences and targeting the law requires; content aimed at children that breaches the CAP Code; discriminatory, hateful or harassing content; impersonation of real people or organisations; cloning a real person's voice or likeness without their documented consent; political or electoral advertising.
We may refuse to produce, or remove, content that breaks this policy and suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. Report concerns to [to be confirmed].
