What is a credit?
Credits pay for the AI work in your ads: voice, images, video and music. Planning, recording your real product and rendering are free. You always see the exact price and approve it before anything is spent. 1 credit ≈ —.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing in a couple of clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then doesn't renew. Your ads and the credits left in your wallet stay in your account.
Is VAT included?
Prices for consumers include VAT where it applies. Some payment providers sell to you on our behalf as the merchant of record; they show the tax on your receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of buying them, as long as none of their credits have been used. If you cancel a subscription within its 14-day cancellation period, you get back what you paid minus what you used. AI usage and credits already used are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Steps that fail are never charged. See the refund policy.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and with local methods in some countries, depending on your currency. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see your full card number.
How do free trials work?
Plans with a trial are free until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't pay anything. Otherwise the plan starts at the price shown at checkout, which also shows the date of your first payment.
